Termite control

A full inspection of the interior, roof void, subfloor, external perimeter, fencing, retaining walls and garden beds, checking for mud tubes, damaged timber, moisture and conducive conditions. You receive a written report.
If live termites are found we identify the species and trace the activity back toward the nest before anything is treated — disturbing a nest incorrectly can push termites into new areas of the building.
Active termites are treated using the method suited to the situation, whether that's direct treatment of active workings, in-ground and above-ground termite baiting, or a full termite management system.
A chemical termite barrier is installed around the perimeter of the building to create a treated zone termites must pass through to reach the structure. Pre-construction termite management is available for new builds and extensions.
Ongoing termite monitoring and annual termite inspections keep the protection current, pick up new activity early, and maintain the conditions the barrier depends on.
